Alghero is one of Sardinia’s main cities and its airport (Alghero-Fertilia or Riviera del Corallo) is located about 8-10 kilometres north-west of the city centre. How To Get To The Centre Of Alghero From The Airport
BUS LINE ALFA
The bus is the most convenient means of public transport to reach the centre of Alghero from the airport. There are regular services with departures every hour that connect the airport to the city centre. The cost is approximately 1€.
- Where the bus departs from
The A.L.F.A bus stop connecting the airport with the city centre is located in the car park, about 100 metres from the terminal.
- Bus frequencies
Buses leave every hour for a journey of 20-30 minutes. The A.L.F.A (Alghero-Airport-Fertilia) line passes through the hamlet of Fertilia before reaching the centre of Alghero.
- Where to buy tickets
Tickets can be bought at the exit of the arrivals terminal in the vending machine.
- Bus timetables

There are no direct buses connecting Alghero to Olbia. During the summer period (May to October) there is a Sun Lines shuttle bus connecting Alghero airport with Olbia (port and aroport). Contact SUN LINES SERVICE for more information on departures and timetables.
- By Train
