Discovering Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches | GUIDE 2022-2023

Sardinia is an ancient land, surrounded by extraordinary landscapes rich in history and tradition, but what makes it unique are its magnificent beaches. They are so beautiful that they rival the Caribbean islands for the transparent colours and blues of the water.

The mild climate of this island makes it an ideal destination for much of the year – from April to October you can enjoy the beauty of the beaches.

From the north to the south of the island, a wonderful voyage of discovery awaits you: small bays, inlets, majestic sandy beaches and dunes, azure, turquoise and transparent waters. Real natural pools of a beauty that will leave you speechless!

When is the best time to visit the beaches of Sardinia?

Certainly, June to September are the most beautiful months for the beaches. The long, sunny days allow you to enjoy the beach from the early hours of the morning until the evening after sunset.

Of course, summertime is also the time with the greatest influx of tourists, when the most popular beaches are quite crowded. To counteract this problem, some of the most popular beaches have opted for closed numbers, such as La Pelosa beach (Stintino) or Tuerredda beach (Teulada).

In some cases, an entrance fee is charged, as in the case of Stintino, which costs €3.50 per person.
